A few miles north of Souillac in the direction of the Rivière des Anguilles found the beautiful Saint Aubin Restauarnt, hosted in a 19th century colonial plantation mansion. Once the residential home owners of the sugar plantation, and today a restaurant offering the very best of the local Mauritian and Creole cuisine. All products are fresh, since they all found in the area surrounding the plantation. Fruits and vegetables come from the local market or vegetable garden, the palm is directly picked in the gardens of the property. This is a charming place to enjoy dinning at the heart of Mauritian heritage.
